The price includes

- utilities (water, electric, gas)
- reserved parking spot (one per apartment)

Additional:
To equip the sofa bed is calculated by a surcharge of 20% of the total cost of the stay.
Payment:
On arrival day you will be requested to pay the balance of the apartment.
