Balance and collateral deposit

When you arrive, together with Case Iblee, a joint report will be drafted to vouch for the actual conditions of the apartment and accessories, verifying your approval. If the apartment meets your approval, the residual payment due and also a collateral deposit of Euro 200.00 per apartment will be required. Upon your departure, a final joint inspection of the apartment will be conducted to verify conditions of the department, and, in case successful outcome, the collateral deposit will be returned.
